Ofureh Jennifer Odigue-Abhulimhen is an ambitious business strategy expert inspired by human behaviour analysis, helping businesses and individuals find their “aha” moment through culturally relevant insights.
She is currently the head, Strategy and digital operations team at WebCoupers, a marketing & technology consultancy, where local brands innovate and grow with an effective blend of creativity, humanity and technology. There, she works side by side with Letshego Africa, on their business transformation journey and co-creating user inspired technology products with the team at WebCoupers.
Prior to working at WebCoupers, she was the Group Account Manager/Strategy at Lead Leo Burnett Lagos where she was responsible for planning and executing GMT strategy for tech products and lifestyle brands. She was also the Brand experience strategist & PR Consultant at Chain Reactions Nigeria, worked at DIJO Communications as the Senior Account Executive, created a strategy consulting boutique company, The Keneri Company in UK made up of a network of strategists, working closely with local businesses and marketing agencies to deliver sales winning marketing and business transformation strategies.
With almost a decade of experience in creating brand strategies, product innovation, and design, and ROI proof account management across the marketing industry, Ofureh has proven to be a multi-faceted business strategy specialist with a clear-cut passion for proffering solutions in the area of Brand Architecture, Business Strategy, Process re-engineering, Business Development, Agile project management and New Product development especially for FMCGs, Financial institutions and SMEs.
She has worked on successful brands such as Amstel Malta, Leadway Assurance, Chivita portfolio, Nasco homecare products, First@arts by FirstBank, Property Mart, Hero lager beer, Nexus home appliances, Amstel Malta, Nivea and Leadway Assurance.
She studied Chemistry at University of Benin Nigeria where she holds a Bachelor degree. She’s also a master degree holder at Cardiff Metropolitan University where she studied food science and technology. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and Orange Academy (1ST Brand management school in Nigeria).
Ofureh, aka “The Queen of Empathy” is a Design Thinker and a people enthusiast with a desire for solving human problems towards co-creating a profitable empathetic relationship between business and people. She believes every business problem starts and ends with people; “people, not consumers nor stakeholders” must first be understood.
