Beyonce Knowles, a global music star whose skills have positioned as a mega brand with strong equity is set to hit $800 million. In 2022, her estimated net worth was $500 million.
Beyoncé has, no doubt, become a strong brand in the global music market, having extended her creative tentacles across the board while making milestone recognitions with her impressive performances.
Earlier in June this year, Beyoncé secured the 48th spot on Forbes’ annual roster of the wealthiest self-made women in America, boasting a net worth of $540 million at the time.
Forbes revealed that the jump in her net worth is tied to the success of her Renaissance World Tour, where she reportedly amassed an estimated $100 million (post-tax).
According to Forbes, Beyoncé’s catalogue is worth $300 million, with the remainder of her net worth comprising shared assets with her billionaire spouse, Jay-Z, and her business interests through Parkwood Entertainment, a venture she established in 2010.
As an accomplished musician who has become a household name, her artistic prowess has earned her accolades, spotlighting her as the global superstar who is well on her way to becoming a billionaire.
Having positioned her market value as a premium music brand with a high value proposition, she became a sought-after brand by companies, which made it easy for her to become an investor in various companies, both on her own and as part of her marriage with her longtime husband.
According to Forbes, the key factors behind the big jump in Beyoncé’s wealth includes her earnings of an estimated $100 million post-tax from the Renaissance World Tour.
Recall also that just early this month of December, Beyoncé’s record-breaking tour was named as the biggest Billboard Boxscore earner for 2023 at over $579 million.
The rest of Beyoncé’s $800 million net worth includes personal assets she shares with Jay-Z, such as their real estate portfolio worth around $320 million.
