
OMD Worldwide charts new course with future-forward media solutions

Global media powerhouse OMD Worldwide has unveiled a bold new direction, declaring its commitment to “Future-Forward Media Solutions.”
This rebranding initiative, complete with a refreshed crimson logo, signals OMD’s dedication to navigating the evolving landscape of consumer engagement and brand interaction.
George Manas, CEO of OMD Worldwide, stated that they not just keeping pace with change; but are anticipating it.
“This new vision reflects our proactive approach to reimagining how brands connect with audiences in the coming decade.”
According to Mediabrief in its report, Manas emphasized the importance of synergistic partnerships, where agency, client, and market expertise converge to generate impactful results.
He highlighted Omnicom’s advanced capabilities in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cutting-edge technologies like connected TV and creator collaborations as key drivers in developing innovative media strategies.
It stated that OMD’s global workforce of 14,000 employees during a live virtual event, underscored the company’s strong 2024 performance.
It also affirmed that OMD secured $1.8 billion in net new business, welcoming major brands such as Gap Inc., Michelin, AliExpress, and Turkish Airlines to its roster.
Sian Whitnall, Co-CEO of OMD explained that “Future-Forward Media Solutions” is more than just a slogan. “It’s a call to action, propelling us to consistently champion creativity and innovation in every facet of our work.
Whitnall reaffirmed OMD Australia’s longstanding commitment to transparency, a core value since its “Performance with Integrity” initiative in 2015.
Laura Nice, also Co-CEO of OMD Australia, added that the new vision fosters fresh approaches to collaboration and emphasizes the crucial role of creativity in today’s dynamic media environment.
