Noah's Ark Wins Marketing Edge Outstanding Agency of the Year
Noah’s Ark has bagged the Marketing Edge Outstanding agency of the year. The report by the Marketing Edge in its last award edition showed how outstanding the agency as been at the global level.
Noah’s Ark is a leading advertising agency under the able and distinguished leadership of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Lanre Adisa. The vibrant new-age agency was conceived at the last quarter of 2007 and was incorporated in February 2008. Later, it took over Alicia Virgins (an AAAN Agency established in 1996) that same year.
It became a full-fledged member of the Association of Advertising Agency of Nigeria (AAAN), in June 2008. Today, among other existing agencies in Nigeria, Noah’s Ark ranks as one of the fastest growing agencies.
The agency’s road map is to be an invaluable extension of their clients’ marketing department, and has its destination to be in the league of the most successful brand builders out of Africa. It was the first Nigerian agency ever to have their works featured in Luzer’s Archive Global Ad-Agency in the 38th position.

Being a very creative agency that knows its onions well, Noah’s Ark has achieved several feats, receiving numerous awards for its unprecedented contributions for championing creativity in advertising.
At the Lagos Advertising and Idea Festival (LAIF) from 2009 to 2014, Noah’s Ark has not ceased from receiving several awards in various categories. In 2009, the agency won one Gold (Press Financial), and Silver (Outdoor Food). In 2010, it won one Silver (Radio Corporate Image), two Bronze (TV Promo and Press Aviation). In 2011, it received two Gold (Rapido Ambient, and Indomie TV), one Silver (Indomie Outdoor), Bronze (Indomie Radio), and also Dame Award for Indomie TV – “Mama do good”.
In year 2012, Noah’s Ark was the first agency to have its work printed in an edition of Luzer’s Archive Magazine, a global advertising magazine that showcases the best work from different agencies across the world.
In 2013, it bagged one Gold Paga (Radio), one Silver for Indomie Noodles (outdoor), Indomie Oriental Fried Noodles (Press), Power Pasta (Radio) and Vconnect (Best use of Media); eight Bronze for Chicken Republic (Outdoor), Indomie Pepper Chicken (Press), Dulux Xman Ad (Press), Power Pasta (Radio), GOtv (Radio) – Best use of photo manipulation/ illustration, and Vconnect – Best use of Media.
The agency did not rest on its oars as it also added another laurel to its credentials in 2014, it won one Gold (Self promo – UnderDog), Silver (Hypo – Desmond Tutu), two Silver (Swift Evolution of Speed), and five Bronze (Corporate Image – Zebra, Power Pasta – Bluto, GOtv – Fact Yoruba, Hypo – Ellen, Indomie – Indomitables).
Recently, The Networkone, the world’s leading independent agency organisation, in association with the Campaign Magazine listed Noah’s Ark as sixteenth in the world, rated alongside Baldwin-USA, Bsuh– Netherland, Hassan and Partners Group, Finland; amongst others.
From a global perspective of recognizing creative efforts, the Cannes Lions recognised Noah’s Ark Communications as it emerged as the first Advertising Agency in Nigeria to be so recognized by the world’s biggest annual award show and festival for professional in the creative communications.
Among its prominent clients are; Indomie, GOtv, Swift Networks, Three Crown Milk, Gala, Candel, Vconnect, Paga. Others include; LG Electronics, Dulux, the Lagos State Government and the Ondo State Government.
Noah’s Ark boasts of a total number of fifty-two staff and eight non-staff members. On their creative floor, they have three core creative teams. These teams include; The Grey Team comprising two writers and two Art Directors, Ebony Team has two writers and three Art Directors, while the White Team is made up of two writers and three Art Directors. Each team is saddled with a certain number of accounts to nurture and grow while the CD and ECD play the overall supervisory role.
Evidence of the huge human and intellectual depth of Noah’s Ark is the recent lecture that its managing director, Lanre Adisa delivered at the recent Marketing Edge National Summit “Nigerian Advertising in a generational Shift”, a lecture that was greatly applauded across the industry.
