Top brands jostle for 2016 Customer Service Awards
Top brands in different sectors of the Nigerian economy are in contention to win the Nigerian Customer Service Awards which holds on Wednesday the 5th of October, 2016 at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The event is part of activities lined up to mark the global customer service week which is designed to recognise and celebrate companies that have provided excellent customer services to their customers within the past 12 months.
In contention for the banking sector are Zenith Bank, Diamond Bank, Access Bank, First Bank and GTB, in the Telecom sector Globacom, Airtel and Etisalat were the nominees. In the Pension administration sector ARM Pension, Fidelity, Stanbic IBTC were nominated.
According to Aliyu Ilias, convener of the event, all 27 sectors of the Nigerian economy are being evaluated, the nominated companies in each sector will be competing to be the best in their sector; but only one of them will be crowned winner.
