02Academy to host Jimi Awosika on Fireside Chat this Saturday
Renowned brands and digital marketing communications creative school— 02 Academy will be hosting Advertising guru and Vice Chairman of Troyka, Jimi Awosika on its 2022 Fireside Chat slated to hold on Saturday, 22nd of January.
According to the CEO 02 Academy Lagos, Ozone Mbanefo, the Fireside Chat which features the top of elite industry experts in the Nigerian marketing communications ecosystem is a platform for deeper conversations and career mentorship with icons in the field to the benefit of Nigerian youths.

With over 4 decades of experience in advertising and marketing communications, Jimi Awosika is highly recognized as a sound practitioner, who has contributed immensely to the education of younger generations of Advertising professionals.
Awosika kicked off his professional career at the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation where he worked as a Sub-Editor. By 1977, the challenge of advertising attracted him to Grant Advertising where he started out as an Account Executive.
Recognizing his penchant for hard work and attention to strategic details, the Agency turned over its major accounts to him to manage until he left to co-found Insight Communications Limited in 1980.
He is currently the Group Managing Director of Insight Redefini, West Africa’s largest communications network.
