The Real Estate Stakeholders’ Forum (RSF) 2025, held on September 16th, 2025, at Harbour Point, Victoria Island, successfully brought together over 1,000 leading developers, investors and policymakers.

Also in attendance, include financial institutions, and allied professionals to address Nigeria’s pressing housing and investment challenges.

The Forum featured keynote addresses, panel discussions, and fireside chats tackling urgent sectoral concerns, including affordable housing delivery, land use reforms, modular housing innovations, and financing gaps.

One of the event’s landmark outcomes was the decision to produce a Policy Advisory Document—a consolidated framework of stakeholder recommendations for submission to the Lagos State Government.
