Regal Dry Gin Stuns Fun Seekers at Osun Osogbo Festival
It was another thrilling and fun-filled moment for the people of Osogbo the bustling commercial and capital city of Osun State, when Regal Dry Gin stormed the town with a seven day road show. The show was geared towards sensitizing the consumers on the brand’s participation in the recently concluded Osun Osogbo Festival.
The road show, which moved through the popular areas of the commercial city of Osogbo started from Oke-fia, Ota-Efun, Ile awuye, Oke bale, Ayetoro, Orita-Olaiya and Aregbe among others and ended at the popular Oja Oba Market witnessed a great turn-out of fans at every location to catch the fun of the activation. The activation was part of the activity to mark this year’s Osun-Osogbo Festival celebration.
The road show also afforded the fun seekers the opportunity to win gift items worth millions of naira. Part of the side attractions included Dancing competition, Singing competition, Regal Dancing Queen Steppers (RDQ Steppers) and Quiz on Regal & Osun Osogbo festival.
One of the winners, Boye Babatunde who spoke shortly after the event described his victory as a miracle adding, “I never thought of coming to the road show because of the fear of stampede but here I am going home with a fan and branded materials that I won in the dancing competition”.
Babatunde therefore called on Regal team to continue the tour even after the festival.
Speaking on the essence of the road show, Senior Brand Manager, Mainstream Brand, Grand Oak Limited, Olufemi Afolabi Falomo, said that the show was an opportunity for the brand to demonstrate its support for Osun Osogbo Festival, and to connect and reward the brand’s loyal consumers during this festive period.
