PHD appoints Tambyrajah as Global Chief Experience Officer

PHD has named Rohan Tambyrajah its first Global Chief Experience Officer, tasking him with integrating media, content, and commerce to deliver holistic consumer experiences that drive brand growth.
Tambyrajah brings over 15 years of experience from agencies and media companies, with a background in digital strategy. Previously, he served as PHD’s Chief Strategy Officer and held roles such as Head of Innovation at Havas.
“We created the CXO role to better partner with clients worldwide, delivering consistent customer experiences,” said Guy Marks, PHD’s Worldwide CEO. “Rohan’s track record of building connected consumer experiences that unlock growth for global brands made him the ideal choice.”
In his prior role, Tambyrajah led a team of 16 strategists across 30 brands in three FMCG categories, developing strategic products and processes.
He holds an English Literature degree from the University of Portsmouth and postgraduate diplomas in Advertising and Branding from IPM.
As Global Chief Experience Officer, Tambyrajah will focus on unlocking brand growth through seamless customer journeys.
