Nimbus Aid Project relaunches as Nimbus Aid Foundation

The Nimbus Aid Project, a prominent initiative dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized businesses in Nigeria, has announced its transformation into the Nimbus Aid Foundation.
This significant development marks a new chapter in the project’s mission to support enterprises, particularly those led by women, across the nation.
Launched in 2016, the Nimbus Aid Project has provided over 50 million Naira in advertising and marketing assistance to 33 organizations. This support has proven instrumental in spotlighting and uplifting businesses, demonstrating the transformative power of targeted aid.
Announcing this new development, Wale Adegoke, the founder of Nimbus Aid Foundation, explained that this transition solidifies their commitment to fostering economic growth.
He said, “I’m pleased to announce that the Nimbus Aid Project is evolving into the Nimbus Aid Foundation. This transition to an independent foundation solidifies our commitment to fostering economic growth, promoting gender equality in entrepreneurship, and creating a lasting legacy of social impact.”
Adegoke emphasized the foundation’s dedication to supporting small businesses, which are the backbone of the economy, and women-led enterprises, which are a driving force for innovation and growth. The Nimbus Aid Foundation aims to provide the necessary tools, resources, and support for these businesses to thrive.
“Our beneficiaries have used our support to expand their reach, increase sales, and create jobs,” Adegoke noted. “We believe that small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and women-led enterprises are a driving force for innovation and growth.”
Beneficiaries of the Nimbus Aid Project who have experienced notable growth include but not limited to; Emergency Response Africa, a healthcare technology company improving the management of medical emergencies in Africa, Siddiqah Street Kitchen, Headfort Foundation and Wadi Africa. The foundation’s structure ensures the mission will continue sustainably for years to come, focusing on nurturing and growing the Nimbus Aid Foundation community.
The transformation of the Nimbus Aid Project into the Nimbus Aid Foundation marks a pivotal moment in the organization’s journey to empower small and medium-sized businesses in Nigeria, highlighting its ongoing commitment to driving economic growth and social impact.
