NGE to open new office in Ikeja
To reposition the Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE) and make it responsive to the journalistic needs and yearnings of its members, the Guild has concluded plans to move into a new and more befitting office.
The one story building located at No. 24 Mogiji Street, off Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos, has been undergoing renovation for months and the NGE secretariat will soon be moved to the new address.
This move is coming barely a month after the confirmation of the president of the Guild, Mrs. Funke Egbemode in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.
Mrs. Egbemode is the second female president of NGE after the late Remi Oyo.
