GTBank announces retirement of Soyeye from its board
Guaranty Trust Bank has issued announced the retirement of Babatunde Soyoye, who completed his four-year tenure as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
The announcement was made through a public statement signed by the bank’s Company Secretary.
“Kindly be informed of the retirement of Mr Soyoye from the Board of Directors of Guarantee Trust Bank Plc, having completed his tenure,” the statement said.
Soyoye boasts of over a two-decade career in investment/financial advisory services.
The board expressed their unreserved appreciation for his quality inputs to the development of the bank.
“The Board is deeply appreciative of Mr Soyoye, for his value-adding contributions to the success of the bank and wishes him success in his future endeavours,” the statement said.
