The virtual session will take place on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, and will focus on helping small and medium-sized enterprises navigate Nigeria’s evolving tax landscape.

The webinar, titled “Strategies for SMEs: Securing Your Business Under the New Tax Law,” will equip business owners with practical knowledge and strategies to stay compliant ahead of impending tax reforms. The initiative forms part of FirstBank’s broader commitment to strengthening the capabilities of SMEs through training, advisory support, and tailored financial solutions.

Industry leaders will headline the session, including Taiwo Oyedele, Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms, who will deliver the keynote address. Other speakers include Yemi Adesanya, Financial Controller at FirstBank, and Dr. Abiodun Famuyiwa, Head of SME Banking at FirstBank, who will host the session. Together, they will provide insights on compliance, digital tools, financial planning, and emerging opportunities for SMEs operating under the new tax regime.
