Prophetess Mary Omolara Alarape,  the minister in charge of Christ Mountain Zion Bethel Healing Ministry, Maba-Asese, Ogun State, recently marked her 60th birthday amid pomp and pageantry. She also used the occasion to launch her autobiography, an inspirational memoir.
The first part of this special occasion was a well- attended  thanksgiving service held at Christ Mountain Zion Bethel Healing Ministry, Ogun State, while the book launch and guests entertainment took place at Mercy Hall, Ikosi Ketu, Lagos State.
The dual event was attended by notable dignitaries from Nigeria, including Mr. John Ajayi, the publisher of MARKETING EDGE Publications Ltd,  Barrister Taiwo Ajiboye, Doyin Awoyale (SAN), Oba Onikun of Temidire Ijero Ekiti, Evangelist Tope Alabi, among others. The thanksgiving service was used as her profound expression of gratitude to God for a remarkable life.
Alarape was born on the 13th of August 1963, in Ile Ife, Osun State, to the family of Pa Olabiyi Agboola and Mama Wosilatu Arike Agboola. She obtained a Diploma in Theology from Epic Theological Seminary and College in Taike, Down Ikosi Ketu, Lagos State.
While given his best wishes, Pastor Osuolale Olatunde said: “To God be the glory for what he has done today in the life of God’s servant. From a humble beginning to the limelight and pinnacle of the Princess. Congratulations!”
He further noted the humility of Alarape, the gentle nature of her husband, while mentioning that their children are cultured and ready to endure hardship.
“Yes, she clocked 60 years today but carries experience twice her age. No wonder she received grace twice for her efforts. A Prophetess with precision, a prayer giant, she displays strong faith like people of old,” Pastor Olatunde said.
In the same vein, Abidemi Otunuga, one of the distinguished guests, stated that Alarape is a woman chosen and called by God, who is devoted to giving so much.
“She is a rare gem who is never tired to give a listening ear and a kind heart towards all her children that the good Lord has given to her,” he said.
At the reception, the creme de la creme and all gusts were treated to sumptuous and assorted meals and drinks with great shinding. It was another unique social outing which memory will forever linger in the social diary of the Lagos and Ogun states’ elites.
