Soulcomms COO, Mojisola Saka appointed Co-Chair Media and Publicity for NESG summit
The Nigerian Economic Summit Group has announced the appointment of Mojisola Saka as a member of its Joint Planning Committee (JPC) and Private Sector Co-Chair, Media and Publicity Committee for its 25th summit event holding in October, 2019.
Mojisola Saka, who is the Chief Operating Officer of Soulcomms limited, a leading strategic Communications and Engagements Agency will participate alongside other appointed members of the Joint Planning Committee in making preparations towards the successful hosting of the 25th Nigerian Economic Summit (NES#25).
An experienced marketing communications professional of repute, Mojisola is also expected to co-chair a team responsible for managing publicity activities and coordinating advocacy activities to connect with relevant stakeholders as well as the general public in respect of the NESG’s 25th summit activities.
In the letter signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, Jaiyeola Laoye, Mojisola Saka’s appointment to serve as a Member of the Joint planning committee for the 25th Summit and more importantly her role as the Private Sector Co-Chair for Media and Publicity is in recognition of her wealth of experience, expertise and dedicated service through her contributions over the years in supporting the activities of the Summit group geared towards the development of the country.
Reacting to the development, she acknowledged the appointment as an honour to serve the country with total commitment in line with the ideals of the founding fathers of NESG. She expressed confidence that this year’s summit organisation would exceed expectations.
The NESG is a not for profit, private sector led advocacy think tank group founded over 25 years ago and it engages government, private sector and civil society in key development issues and economic policy in Nigeria.
