SO&U, a pioneering force in Nigeria’s advertising industry, continues to break new ground with its latest initiative, introducing “HATCH,” a groundbreaking Graduate Trainee Scheme designed to empower young, creative, and ambitious individuals looking to launch or pivot their careers in advertising.
According to SO&U, the HATCH program aims to transform fresh graduates into industry-ready professionals, equipping them with the skills and expertise needed to thrive in the advertising industry.
The company emphasizes that in advertising, degrees don’t get you hired – skills do. And HATCH is where rookies get real.

The agency calls for individuals between the ages of 25 and below to enter the graduate trainee program: “If you’re 25 or under and serious about making it in advertising, HATCH by SO&U is calling your name.”

That is exactly what HATCH offers: hands-on training, exposure to live campaigns, and direct mentorship from the best in the business.”

Through HATCH, selected trainees will benefit from:
– Working on real client projects
– Meeting deadlines and agency expectations
– Learning from top creative and marketing minds shaping Nigeria’s biggest brands
