Omnicom Launches New Retail Consultancy

Omnicom branding agency Integer Group has just launched a new retail experience design consultancy call Sky Bench.

The day-to-day operation will be overseen by Kevin Paul, senior vice president, director of store environments at Integer and now also Sky Bench practice lead. Ellen Cook, Integer Group Dallas and Los Angeles president serves as Sky Bench advisor.

The Sky Bench offering includes: new store concept development, store fleet modernization, store-within-store buildouts, pop-ups, shopper journey tracking and other capabilities.

“Every retailer’s future growth strategy relies on simultaneously developing its online and offline channels,” says Cook. “However, the majority of retail design firms today focus only on one side.” Sky Bench will focus on both, she adds.

Also commenting on the new development, Kevin Paul, Sky Bench Practice Lead and SVP, Director of Store Environments for The Integer Group said “Our mission is to ensure that brands are competitive and future-proofed to win in the new retail environment.

“We do this through a holistic approach that focuses on empathy-led environments, measurable shopping moments and sensory-filled brand spaces. We are able to deliver impact and sustainable advantage for our clients’ brands by unifying online and offline customer experiences through modern retail design and store intelligence collection methods.”
