NSIA Insurance launches ‘NSIA Value Campaign’
One of the leading players in Nigeria’s insurance business sector, NSIA Insurance Limited has launched a major multi-lingual Media Campaign, tagged NSIA Value Campaign.
The six-week campaign is aimed at reinforcing and stamping the personality of the brand on a financial sub-sector that is critical to the needs of individuals and corporate organisations. The campaign also captures NSIA playing the role of an articulator of what insurance is.
The NSIA Value Campaign, which kicked off across major radio stations in Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Ibadan, Warri, Asaba, Enugu, Onitsha, Kaduna and Kano States, offers the opportunity to deliver a simple yet powerful message to a targeted group of consumers in an effort to increase awareness about the organization, and also to communicate effectively the value of their product offerings and tailor-made services.
The campaign has two directions: “Insurance is” and “Insurance has a new look”.
‘Insurance is’ showcases insurance as a safety net, ensuring one does not have to pay out-of-pocket when an eventuality occurs.
‘Insurance has a new look’ focuses on changing the perception about insurance in Nigeria. This direction speaks to the fact that NSIA Insurance is committed to providing its stakeholders with an excellent customer experience, throughout their journey.
Alongside the English versions, the campaign will also run on various indigenous radio stations nationwide to ensure that no one is left out.
To further drive-up engagement, On-Air Personalities (OAPs) will also be hyping the campaign and redirecting listeners to the various NSIA Insurance communication channels.
Speaking on the theme of the campaign, NSIA Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Ebelechukwu Nwachukwu said the company intends to deliver better value to its customers. “We seek to help create, protect and preserve wealth. One way we can fulfil this is by keeping our potential and existing customers in the loop about our new products and how they can benefit from them.”
On why radio was used as a lead channel for the campaign, Mrs Nwachukwu said: “Radio is ideal for targeting specific demographics and market segments. By choosing this medium, we can get to our potential customers, remain top of mind to our existing customers and ultimately change the perception about insurance in Nigeria.”
