Nokia launches Data Marketplace for secure data trading, AI models
Nokia, an innovative global leader in 5G, networks and phones has announced the launch of Nokia Data Marketplace to facilitate secure sharing of data and AI models to enable data monetisation for enterprises and digital transformation.
The new Nokia offering, which is designed to help enterprises and communications service providers (CSPs) use data in strategic decision making, will also enable enterprises and CSPs to become data marketplace providers and monetize data exchanges between customers.
Commenting on the latest initiative of the brand, Friedrich Trawoeger, Vice President, Cloud and Cognitive Services at Nokia, asserted: “Our customers need secure and trusted access to data for effective business decision making. With Nokia Data Marketplace, enterprises and CSPs can now benefit from richer insights and predictive models to drive digital ways of working and tap into new revenue streams.”
According to him, Nokia Data Marketplace which accelerates AI initiatives through federated learning by combining with orchestration capabilities, facilitates collaborative development of highly accurate machine learning models, meets increasing demand for a platform that can efficiently apply AI and machine learning algorithms to situation data.
As data volumes continue to increase, AI and machine learning are increasingly crucial in business decision making.
