Mobolaji Caxton-Martins is a seasoned brand and innovation management professional with proven and versatile expertise in strategic institutional and retail marketing.

Over the last decade, he has developed valuable skills across the entire integrated marketing communications value chain – advocating for a sustainable marketing model which leverages technology, adjacent industry collaboration and strategic partnerships based on true consumer insights and ultimately designed to advance humanity.

Asides from being a frequent speaker at industry-specific stakeholder engagement sessions, he is a facilitator of brand storytelling, management and innovation at Orange Academy; Africa’s first practical school of integrated brand experience. He is a graduate of Applied Physics – Geophysics from the University of Lagos where he cut his teeth in logical thinking, an associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and an alumnus of Orange Academy as well as the Brand Management Academy.

He has enjoyed a rapid and aligned career in branding, advertising and consulting. His persona is a human framework for solving problems, discovering opportunities, designing structures and understanding cultures via fluid processes that breathe sustainability and innovation.
