Media Edge storms Osogbo for Ogunbiyi political declaration

Ahead of the formal declaration of the gubernatorial candidate of the Accord Political Party, Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi, Media Edge, the experiential arm of Nigeria’s leading marketing Publication, MARKETING EDGE has kicked off a strategic political awareness campaign to communicate the candidate’s message of goodwill for a new Osun.
The election campaign, themed “A new Osun is Possible” was launched to re-present Ogunbiyi to the good people of Osun State through a town storming which has begun in his hometown, Iwo.
It should be recalled that Ogunbiyi who was previously the leading gubernatorial candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) had initially withdrawn from the race in February as a result of “glaring bias and injustice”.
However, the governorship aspirant will redeclare his political aspirations for the people of Osun State today 25th April, 2022 at the Freedom Park in Osogbo, Osun State on the platform of the Accord Political Party.
The Media Edge-led campaign will touch other major localities in Osun State ahead of the coming elections.
Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi is an experienced businessman and Group Chairman of Mutual Benefits Assurance PLC, a Conglomerate of nine subsidiaries with over 5,000 employees. His Foundation, the Akin Ogunbiyi Foundation, has supported over a hundred scholarship awards and sponsorship of students in secondary, tertiary, and professional education.
