Indomie Nigeria wants to clarify recent media reports. These reports discuss a NAFDAC safety alert for an Indomie Vegetable Flavour product.

Indomie Nigeria does not make, import, or sell the product mentioned in the alert. As NAFDAC stated, the recall began in France in August 2025. The agency issued the alert only as a safety step to protect the public.

Indomie Nigeria does not produce a “Vegetable Flavour” variant. This product does not exist in our local range. Dufil Prima Foods makes all Indomie noodles in Nigeria under strict rules. These products are safe and follow all NAFDAC laws.

The packaging and product shown online do not match our approved standards. Our brand and labels look very different from the images in these reports.

Please note that Nigerian law bans the import of noodles. You should be careful with any product that looks different from our official branding.
