Heirs Holdings subsidiary, Avon HMO, appoints Osa Imasogie as CEO

Avon HMO, a subsidiary of Heirs Holdings, has announced the appointment of Osa Imasogie as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to his new position, Osa served as the Group Head of Operations at Avon HMO from July 2021 to October 2024 where he oversaw critical functions such as Claims, Enrolment/Eligibility, and the Contact Centre, while driving extensive process improvements and digitalisation initiatives.
Taking to it’s LinkedIn, Avon HMO stated, “For us, this is a leadership change, but our mission remains the same; together, we continue carrying out our mission of empowering people to live healthier, fuller lives.”
Commenting on his new position, Osa Imasogie said, “Since I joined as the Group Head of Operations in July 2021, it’s been a remarkable journey working alongside a driven and dedicated team, and I’m excited to continue building on our milestones and enviable achievements.”

With over 20 years of experience across the banking and healthcare sectors, Osa brings deep expertise in Operations, Compliance, Strategy and Project Management, including over a decade focused on IT-driven operations.
Osa holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Ambrose Alli University, an MBA in Leadership and Management from York St. John University, UK and several executive certifications, including Management Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management.
He succeeds the pioneer CEO, Adesimbo Ukiri, who has been the driving force behind Avon HMO’s evolution from a startup in 2012 into the leading health management organisation it is today.
