Olubunmi Oke, Chief Executive Officer and Lead Consultant of Ladybird Limited, will headline conversations on leadership and creative influence as Guest Speaker at the upcoming Through Her Lens gathering hosted by Black At Cannes on March 30, 2026, at the Alliance Française de Lagos | Mike Adenuga Centre.

Oke’s participation reflects her long-standing influence in Nigeria’s advertising ecosystem and her role in advancing conversations around brand effectiveness, agency transformation and inclusive leadership.
A globally recognised and multi-award-winning marketing communications professional, the industry strategist brings more than three decades of experience spanning client service leadership, agency management and executive strategy development.
Over the years, she has helped shape campaigns and guided brands across sectors, strengthening her reputation as a practitioner who understands both creativity and business performance.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Grant Advertising, an affiliate of McCann Erickson, before moving to LTC Advertising, now part of JWT, where she rose within a decade to become the first female Client Service Director at the agency.

She later served as the inaugural Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at 141 Worldwide, now known as NITRO 121, helping reposition the agency as a major integrated communications force in Nigeria.
During her leadership years there, she managed multinational portfolios including British American Tobacco West Africa Area, 9mobile, First Bank of Nigeria, MultiChoice / DStv and Cadbury Nigeria among others.
Beyond agency leadership, Oke made history as the 17th and second female President of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria and later became a Fellow of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, placing her among a small group of women to attain that distinction within the profession. She also serves as a council member of Women in Management, Business and Public Service.
