BoI transforms operation with Rubikon
Nigeria’s foremost industrial bank, The Bank of Industry, has revealed that the bank recently upgraded its banking software as part of efforts to enhance customer service and delivery in line with the current wave of technological input in business.
According to a statement by the bank, its principal banking application, Equinox, has been changed to Rubikon, a superior software application considered to be more beneficial for the bank and its customers noting that with some of the solutions easily available, the software would be providing premium services on a 24-hour basis.
The statement read, “The customer-centric architecture of Rubikon offers a unified view of the bank’s customers across channels and products, providing valuable, real-time access to information relating to client activities and profile, while at the same time aiding the provision of solutions to customers based on specific needs.
“Rubicon supports customer interaction through a number of channels such as web pages, email, automated telephone or the SMS. The bank can leverage this information to offer cross-selling opportunities, new and innovative products and services to its customers. Customer relationship and case management is an integrated part of the Rubikon solution.
