Ailemoh calls for better customer strategy as global CX Day ends

As Global Customer Experience (CX) Day wrapped up on October 11, businesses were urged to enhance their customer experience strategies to remain competitive.
Speaking on the significance of the event, Winston Ailemoh, Management & Commercial Consultant and lecturer at BPP University, emphasized the growing importance of customer experience in today’s marketplace.
Global CX Day, which began on October 7, celebrates the critical role of CX in shaping customer loyalty, brand reputation, and business success.
Highlighting this on his LinkedIn, Ailemoh maintained that businesses that excel in delivering superior customer experiences often see higher retention rates and strong customer advocacy, affirming that customer experience goes beyond transactions; it builds trust and drives loyalty.
He also noted the economic impact of good CX, stating, that customers are willing to pay more for exceptional service, making CX a primary differentiator in today’s competitive market. He urged companies to leverage technology and data analytics to better understand customer needs and deliver personalized experiences.
As Global CX Day comes to a close, Ailemoh called on businesses to continuously innovate in their CX approaches and prioritize customer satisfaction as a key strategy for long-term growth and success.
