Toyota unveils Starlet SUV, launches Isolo certified service centre

Toyota Nigeria Limited (TNL) has unveiled the new Toyota Starlet mini subcompact SUV to excite the dealers, customers and the general public.
The launch of the Toyota Starlet in Nigeria is synchronized with the completion of Toyota Nigeria world-class service center and 25th anniversary of the leading automobile distribute in the country.
The Managing Director, Kunle Adeojo, who was represented by the General Manager, Corporate Services, Bunmi Onafowokan noted that Toyota Starlet is Toyota Nigeria’s response to the longing of their customers that has over the years urged for an entry vehicle.
Mr. Onafowokan, who stated that the outbreak of Covid-19 has not only affected lives but also the way the company operates its businesses and daily interaction with people, added that the center is second to none in Nigeria when compared with others on the pedestal of equipment, highly trained manpower and exceptional service delivery.
He stated that the unique center is a productive training ground for Toyota dealer’s technicians to gain hands on experience, while expressing his gratitude to customers.
“Let me again quickly use the opportunity to tender our unreserved appreciation to our loyal customers who have kept us in business.”
Also speaking, Marketing Manager, TNL, Andrew Ajuyah said that new Starlet has three models, including entry-grade, mid-grade and high-grade. He also said that the vehicles prices are between 9.4 million and 11 million, which is for the top of the range.
Other attributes include enhanced body design, mini subcompact SUV style, luxury package, easy to maneuver, top class safety and green friendly accessories.
He said that Toyota (Nigeria) Limited will not only continue to invest in the Nigerian automobile industry but also align with the aspiration of the Nigeria government to make far-reaching changes in the local industry.
