Tiwa Savage unveiled as Twisco Brand Ambassador
Nigerian Music Sensation, Tiwatayo Savage, popularly known as Tiwa Savage, has been unveiled as the new and first brand ambassador of Twisco Chocolate Powder Drink, a premium chocolate powder drink from the stable of Promasidor Nigeria Ltd.
The multi-talented and award-winning singer was unveiled at an exclusive media parley held at the corporate head office of Promasidor at Isolo, Lagos State.
Tiwa Savage was unveiled alongside her son, Jamil, to signpost the brand building objective and essence of the new product offering from the foremost dairy company. The new chocolate drink, according to Promasidor, “gives you the energy to succeed”.
Speaking on the choice of Tiwa savage as an ambassador of the premium brand, the Managing Director, Promasidor Nigeria, Mr. Anders Einarsson, said: “Tiwa Savage is a great Nigerian, multi award-winning singer and songwriter known home and abroad.
“She is a multi-talented Nigerian whose brand equity rating remains remarkably inspiring and admirable. Her personality and career exploits in the Nigerian and global entertainment is in sync with our brand building objectives and corporate values.”
Mr. Einarsson added: “Her tunes inspire and make it impossible to stop dancing. She gives us the power to dream. Tiwa is a great mum of a handsome and energetic boy named Jamil. She supports her son in achieving his dreams and this is what Twisco stands for.”
In her reaction after the unveiling and contract papers signing, Tiwa Savage stated that the new product from Promasidor, Twisco, will benefit a lot from her brand considering her cult-like following on social media.
“I have over 11 million followers on Instagram who are mostly kids and young people. Twisco chocolate drink helps you to achieve your dreams. My endorsement of this unique drink, coming from a great brand, will help build the brand to a large extent,” she said.
Earlier in an interview chat at the occasion, Promasidor Marketing Manager, MrAbiodunAyodeji said that the company launched the new product into the market with a view to offering the Nigerian consumers instant Chocolate Drink Powder that delivers optimal nutrition and energy for the day.
