Over the years that we have offered real estate advisory services to so many clients, we realize that most of our clients that desire to buy property in Nigeria have various tastes and budgets between N25million to N180million. The event will also serve as a meeting point for stakeholders to network with and obtain databases of potential buyers around the world.”

Working with the theme: ‘Meet, Invest, Secure’, the aim of the Expo is for stakeholders to ‘Meet’ that is network, build relationships and create a database; Invest meaning interested buyers can make commitments and build trust while Secure with the reputable development companies which will provide the desired properties as well as insurance companies for people to obtain insurance covers for their homes.
Scheduled to hold on the last Saturday of November (that is November 26), the date was strategic as it marks the build-up into the festive Yuletide season and was specifically chosen to create top-of-the-mind awareness for Nigerians who would be returning home for the festive season.

The team of organisers led by Michael Anirejuoritse Ejoh, a real estate Advisory consultant and Chief Marketing Officer of T. A. G Nigeria Limited, have carefully considered the database of Nigerians in the Diaspora seeking investment opportunities and recognised the need to kick off the event with the United Kingdom.
