Ogilvy Consulting taps Marlice Johnson to lead business development
Ogilvy Consulting has announced the appointment of Marlice Johnson as global consulting partner for business development. In this role, Marlice will be responsible for scaling the growth and innovation arm of Ogilvy through marketing its advisory and business growth services. Marlice will report to Carla Hendra, chief executive officer of Ogilvy Consulting, and will be based in New York.

Marlice joins Ogilvy with twenty plus years of marketing and brand experience. She has worked for major global companies including LG, Nike, Red Bull, and T-Mobile on efforts that span managing market entry around the world, working on product launches, and collaborating with a range of partners from major athletic organisations to governments.
Having gained the ability to approach challenges from varied cultural, diplomatic, and business perspectives, Marlice has become a go-to expert for successfully connecting the dots between creative prowess, consumer needs, and go-to-market execution in the global marketplace. Her knowledge of international business environments is bolstered by her executive MBA from Thunderbird, one of the most creative management schools in the world.
