MISA Limited introduces units of 4-bedroom residential apartments
MISA Limited, a frontline build-to-sell real estate company in Lagos, in conjunction with LSDPC, is offering premium 4-bedroom residential properties for sale at N80million each.
Each, with a few units left, comes with ample parking for each resident, shared swimming pool, clubhouse and estate security.
The company had earlier sold out a total of 100 units made up of 32 units of 3-bedroom apartments, and 68 units of 4-bedroom terraces. The company provided mortgages through Standard Chartered Bank to support customers with varying payment needs.
According to Mrs. Adigun, one of the families who bought a unit of the facility, “My husband and I are young and struggling people, raising our own little kids. So, when this opportunity came our way, we pulled resources together and bought the property”.
MISA Limited has promised to continue to provide top-class residential accommodation for middle-class families with all the necessary amenities and security. The company is poised to continue to fill this gap in partnership with LSDPC to secure opportunities for land, while they complete the buildings and get them ready for use.
