Odion Aleobua is the Chief Executive Officer of Modion Communications. He is a Public Affairs, Public Relations and Communications expert with over 15 years’ experience. He is also a Professional Member of the NIPR, CIPR (UK) and APCON.
Odion managed Oando Group’s (one of Africa’s leading integrated energy group) PR, Media Strategies and Investor Relations across three continents, as well as Nigeria Johannesburg and Toronto Stock Exchanges.
He led rebranding and Marketing Communications at Forte Oil PLC as Head, Brand & Corporate Communications.
His experiences cut across multiple sectors such as managing multi-million-dollar companies in Mobility, Oil & Gas, Governance & Policy, Aviation, Finance, Tech and Renewable Energy sectors.
He founded Modion Communications in 2015 and has led the agency to win the highly coveted PR SABRE awards 2 years in a row. The recent award being a Platinum Award, makes Modion the first agency in Nigeria to win in the Best in Show PR Campaign Category.
He was also awarded PR Personality of the Year in 2017 by MARKETING EDGE and the LAPRIGA Rising Practitioner of the Year 2019 by NIPR.
