Airtel Nigeria elevates Ayo-Elias to Director of HR and Administration
Telco company, Airtel Nigeria has appointed HR professional Adebimpe Ayo-Elias as Director of Human Resources and Administration.
The newly appointed Director who had previously served the telco services provider as its head of Human Resources business partnering, will be tasked with driving communication, people agenda, with a major focus on ensuring a passionate, and highly engaged team.

With over twenty-five years of cognate experience across industries including telecommunications, software and fintech and human resource consulting, Ayo-Elias had served extensively in professional capacities at MTN, Nokia, SystemSpecs, and Human Edge amongst others.
Adebimpe Ayo-Elias holds an M.Sc in International Human Resource Management from Cranfield University, Bedfordshire, U.K; Member, SPIC – Chartered Institute of
Personnel Management; Member, International Academy of Business & Financial Management; and Fellow CIPMN (FCIPM).
