Ralph Haidar exits Mikano Motors

Ralph Raphael Haidar has announced his exit from Mikano Motors as Managing Director of Mikano Motors and Mikano International Limited as Group Sales Marketing Director.
Taking to his LinkedIn page to make this announcement, Ralph expressed his “heartfelt gratitude” for the incredible journey of almost Five years with Mikano.
He said, “Building this family has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. The unity, grit, and compassion that define Mikano Motors and its team will continue to drive its success, even as I move forward. Though I am stepping away, I will always cherish the memories and the incredible people who made every challenge and sleepless night worth it.”

With 13 years of experience in the automotive industry, he has a proven track record of developing and executing effective strategies to increase market share, revenue, and customer loyalty.
During his time as Managing Director at Mikano Motors, Ralph was responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing, and operations of the leading distributor of Chinese automotive brands in Nigeria.
As the Group Sales Marketing Director at MIKANO International Limited, he lead and coordinated the sales and marketing activities of the group’s diversified businesses, including power generation, steel fabrication, and real estate. He is passionate about delivering value and recognition to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Mikano Motors, Geely National Sales and Brand Manager, and the Nation Sales and Brand Manager of Dongfeng ZNA. Before joining Mikano Motors, Ralph Haidar also served as the National Sales and Brand Manager at Changan. He has worked with automobile companies such as Renault, Nissan, Mazda and Porsche.
