Ojeikhoa bags Voice Achievers Business Excellence Award

Brands Optimal Director and CEO, Otis Ojeikhoa has won the Business Excellence Award at the just concluded Voice Achievers Award 2022 in Banjul, Gambia.
The international Awards ceremony recognizes distinguished Africans and friends of Africa, who have through their professional careers and services positively impacted on human lives.
Commenting on the Awards in an interview with MARKETING EDGE, Ojeikhoa said: “Of all the acknowledgements that I have received, I can say this is one of the most honorable. This award encourages us to do more as a team; to employ more people, to help people grow individually, to help people liberate their creativity, and to unlock the potential in each and everyone of us to be able to do way more than we are doing; first, for our respective selves and secondly for the business.”

Arogi Trauma Care Foundation (ATCF) makes free counselling and therapy accessible to traumatised individuals, bringing healing to those who are hurting and helping people lift up burdens of pain by transforming their lives.
Ojeikhoa continued: “We have also been challenged to continue to empower the people around us to be better human beings to show excellence in kindness, empathy in nurturing, and also in mentorship, so that people can look back and say if not for these people, I wouldn’t be where I am.”
“In the last 3 months, we have over 781 people who have received one form of help or the other for their emotional and mental health experiences. It is amazing how many people are depressed, how many people are unhappy, how many people have not been able to heal from difficult emotional traumas. So this award is an encouragement for us to do more and ask for more help to be able to reach out to more people. And in all of the acknowledgements that I have received, I can say this is one of the most honorable.”
The Voice Achievers Award is designed to mentor people to aspire for excellence in all facets of human activities, The Voice Achievers Award recognizes governments, institutions, entrepreneurs as well as charities, social enterprises and businesses that are making proven positive social or economic impact on Africans.
