Strategic marketing expert Ivan Moroke, former CEO of Kantar, is bringing his experience to Relationship Audits SA as an executive director, joining forces with founder Ann Nurock.

Relationship Audits is a global consultancy that helps organisations unlock the value of their most critical business relationships through actionable intelligence and insights.

Moroke says the move reflects a growing recognition that strong, well-managed relationships can drive sustainable growth. “In today’s fast-paced business landscape, especially with AI accelerating change, organisations often overlook how vital relationship health is to commercial success,” he said.

He will focus on Relationship Radar, one of three key portfolio businesses, combining data, consulting, executive search, and relationship strategy at both executive and board levels.

Nurock, a leading authority on client–agency dynamics, has deployed Relationship Radar with more than 20 corporate clients across Africa and globally, engaging over 200 agencies.

“Our collaboration embodies the principles Relationship Radar measures,” Moroke noted. “Working together allows us to bring both strategic insight and human connection to organisations seeking real impact.”

Nurock added that the consultancy is expanding its offerings to include tailored workshops and advisory services, now under Moroke’s leadership, aimed at strengthening client–agency partnerships.

With decades of experience guiding brands through insight-driven growth, transformation, and strategy, Moroke is set to help organisations turn relationship intelligence into measurable commercial outcomes.

“Organisations that invest in the quality of their relationships gain a true competitive advantage,” he said.

The partnership signals a new phase for Relationship Audits, combining research, consulting, and executive guidance to help companies not just manage but optimise the connections that power their businesses.
