Lekki Gardens moves to straighten brand with new appointments
Lekki Gardens Estates Ltd has made several high profile appointments by engaging new technical teams aimed at overhauling its businesses as well as restore customer’s confidence in the company’s brand and products.
Managing Director, Lekki Gardens Estates Ltd, Mr. Richard Nyong said that the firm now works with the best among building and construction consultants and contractors in Nigeria.
Nyong pointed out that one of the appointees was Mr. Andrew Jibuner, a seasoned and experienced building and construction experts with experience spanning decades, adding that he will be working as the new Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for Lekki Gradens Estates Ltd, just as he said that the company has also made several key appointments in other departments of the firm.
This move is coming few months after the company’s brand equity took a devastating blow following collapse of its building which was still under construction in one of its Lekki Estates, and the backlash from the Lagos State government that followed.
According to him, work has started in some of the Lekki Garden Estates sites, stressing that work would commence fully across all projects sites by the end of October 2016.
He further appealed to the clients for their understanding as the delay in delivery is warranted by the restructuring which would ensure that the company delivers world class quality housing.
Speaking in the same vein, the new Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Mr. Andrew Jibunor stated that the company has put in place some policies including Quality Management, Planning & Coordination as well as Health, Environment and Safety in the pursuant of the global best practices.
Jibunor said “In line with the mandate of the technical team, we are leaving no stone unturned in ensuring best quality standards at every stage of the building process. Our new process ensures that every project passes through a more rigorous procedure of monitoring, supervision and approval to ensure that we deliver a unique housing experience for our clients.”
He stressed further that Lekki Gardens has raised the bar in terms of the requirements for consultants and contractors in qualifying to work with the company, noting that by so doing, the company now works with the very best in the industry.
