Kia Motors partners Uber on free rides
Kia Motors Nigeria has partnered with innovative technology platform, Uber , to provide free rides to all Kia customers from May 23rd to August 20th, 2016. The commitment to provide the very best customer service support to thousands of customers nationwide is at the core of this partnership as both companies are raising the bar in customer service, informing their move to provide amazing value added service to all Kia customers.
“Customer-centricity is at the epicentre of everything we do at Kia and our partnership with Uber, is aimed at giving optimum value to customers to ensure that they have access to the value-oriented service from Uber by giving them a free ride worth N3,000” said Sandeep Malhotra, Chief Commercial Officer, Kia Motors Nigeria.
For the General Manager for Uber Nigeria, Ebi Atawodi, the desire to get Nigerians around their cities like never before by building a reliable and affordable platform creating exciting customer experiences, is the reason for this partnership.
“We are thrilled to be partnering once again with KIA who make up one in every 10 Ubers on the road, bringing a memorable first experience to their extensive list of customers”, he said.
To redeem the offer, KIA customers will need to download the Uber app from their Apple, Android or Windows app store, register an account and apply the code “KIAMOTORS” to unlock a free first ride worth N3,000.
Last year, Uber collaborated with Kia Motors Nigeria to offer prospective customers KIA purchasing plans that allowed them to get four Kia vehicles, for the price of one.
Kia Motors Corporation which is Korea’s oldest manufacturer of motor vehicles, was founded in 1944. They produce vehicles in 15 manufacturing and assembly operations in 10 countries which are sold and serviced through a network of distributors and dealers covering 149 countries.
