Ijebulawa Garri goes on sale at Shopping Malls
The producers of Ijebulawa Garri have announced that the product is now available at shopping malls across the country.
The company said customers can now purchase the Ijebulawa Garri at Shoprite, Games, Spar, Justrite and Grandsquare outlets in Nigeria.
According to the manufacturer, Balkeem Nigeria Lmited, the effort is to create easy access around its refined Garri product.
A statement by the company said, ‘’Ijebulawa Garri is now available in major cities where these shopping malls have their outlets for consumers to purchase. We realise the need to bring the commodity close to consumers, that brought about the idea of going into partnership with these shopping malls across the country’’.
Balkeem Nigeria Limited launched Ijebulawa Garri in 2012 with the aim of protecting and promoting Made-in-Nigeria produce. The product is made from filtered cassava products prepared in a hygienic environment without any preservative added to it.
It is the first locally waterproofed package and cartooned Garri in Nigeria and is widely accepted in the Nigerian market as at today.
Ijebulawa Garri carries seal of certification of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC). The product comes in different size packs such as 100grams with peanut, 226grams and 2kg family size.
