Students can now get to order laundry or dry-cleaning services via Cleanagent mobile app for as low as N120 per piece(depending on the location of service and the dry-cleaner of choice) . This price covers wash, iron, pick-up and delivery, the only clause is that they are expected to make per order 10 pieces minimum of clothing items. Payments could also be made in cash or in-app, as there is a safe method of payment which does not save users ‘ details and is also facilitated by a secured payment gateway.
Cleanagent app is location based, this means only registered and verified Laundromats that are within the area in which the campus is situated appears as options available to the students and students can easily identify with their favourite Laundromat. There also exists, a feedback system in the app which helps students submit a review of their experience.
Students are also notified of their order status ranging from processing to ready to deliver and eventually to, delivered. This also helps students track the pace at which their request is being handled.
