“We run a marketing communications group now. of course, we are known mostly by our media business which is BrandEye media. We are a local brand and I believe that we build credulity and we have been able to compete even with foreign affiliated agencies and international, local businesses as well. We are happy we have been able to grow a successful business for the last seven years. We see growth in our business and we have also diversified into experiential marketing which is recognized by ARCON and EXMAN. The baby in the block, is the digital agency.
“Digital is the future. We have had clients who also requested for services in this area. we used to work with a digital agency as a partner but our business has grown and it has gotten to a point where we saw the need and unique opportunities in the digital space and so we have invested in people and technological tools that can position us to offer incremental services to clients in this area. So Digibreed is the newest member of our group. The business is led by a digital transformation director. The good thing is that we have recognition from the top platforms such as Meta and Google.
According to the Group Managing Director who is also the President of the Media Independent Practitioners Association of Nigeria, MIPAN, technology is a fundamental aspect of successful businesses and that digital investment is increasing rapidly.
He said: “The briefs today are saying digital first unlike before when digital was like a support. So today, digital is leading the conversation. Digital offers a lot in terms of measurability and speed. In terms of level of engagement and innovation around that platform, digital will continue to lead. The challenge for the industry would be how do we accelerate our process? How do we develop our people in order to respond much faster to the demand of today”.
