Why Maltina Dance Hall auditions are fully digital
Strategic Lead, Bytesize Digital, Mr. Dotun Babatunde, has said that the Maltina Dance Hall campaign has gone fully digital through the ‘digital edition’ which is expected to reach out to numerous participants across the country.
Babatunde stressed that dancers rather than going to various locations to do their audition, the brand has been able to save time through the introductyion of the Maltina Dance Hall digital edition whereby participants could send in their entries through various digital platforms.
According to him, ”it is now much easier, for example, all you need to do is to take your phone, record yourself and your friends dancing and upload it online. This method helps the brand in terms of spend, now it is much easier and by using digital, we have been able to broadcast the message, people send in their entries online without having to go to any location, so it helps the brand in terms of being able to reach more people and also get more people involved.”
He further stressed that technology was giving a lot of opportunity for people to be able to reach places that they have never been to before, stressing that, that was the reason behind the Maltina Dance Hall digital edition.
On some of the agency’s successful campaigns, Babatunde disclosed that they included Amstel Malta, Maltina Dance Hall digital edition, Gold beer, Heineken Shape your City, among others.
“We are running campaigns for other clients like, Nestle, the whole idea of what we are trying to do in Bytesize Digital is to be able to give our clients good return on their investments by looking for innovative, digital marketing solutions that will allow them to be able to reach their consumers in ways that other platforms might not be able to”, Babatunde said.
