The World Out of Home Organization (WOO) has expanded its global OOH industry coverage by adding 15 more organizations to its roster just after a very successful World Congress in Hong Kong.
Speaking on this new development, Chief Operating Officer of WOO, Mark Flys said, “With the pace of change in Out of Home accelerating every year, WOO is now providing the perfect forum for all sectors of the industry to come together to learn from each other and develop the medium even further.”
Six of the new members are from the APAC region, five from Europe, two from the United States, one from MENA, and one from Africa. Notably, Remat Al-Riyadh Development Company is WOO’s first member from Saudi Arabia, while the growing interest from Asia indicates the dynamic expansion of OOH in that region. Among the new members, eight are national media owners, five are OOH service providers/suppliers, one is a global media agency, and one is a national OOH association.
The represented countries include the UK, US, France, Japan, Switzerland, Pakistan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Azerbaijan, and Finland.
