PZ’s Canoe Detergent "Alive with Colour" Campaign Hits South West Nigeria

PZ Cussons’ Canoe detergent brand has commenced its South West Nigeria regional consumer engagement campaign tagged “Alive with Colour” to promote the uniqueness of Canoe detergent brand, and demonstrate how Canoe detergent washes colored clothing clean while preserving the colours.

Ekekwe, Head, Fabric Care, PZ Cussons Africa, speaking at the Ikeja Mall venue of the launching in Lagos South West Nigeria emphasized that the purpose of canoe detergent brand is to enable Nigerian and African consumers to enjoy their colorful fabrics. “The brand is always there to help resolve the constant tension our consumers have to deal with each time they wash and clean their colored fabrics”, Roy explains.

Speaking at the activation, the Brand Manager, Canoe detergent, Gloria Jacobs explained that colours are at the heart of what Canoe stands for.

According to her the Canoe brand enjoys colour quality advantage over other competing brands in the market being the only Nigerian color sensitive care detergent, specially formulated to clean and care for colored clothes saying. “It’s a mild formulation, with soap flakes, and the Aloe Vera tipping make this possible”. Steadily canoe detergent has enjoyed dramatic patronage from consumers and trade alike” she explained further.

On the regional campaign in Lagos, Abeokuta and Ibadan, Gloria noted that the essence of the regional launch is to create awareness for the Canoe detergent brand and to bring the brand’s message closer to the people. “Consumers do not need to look too far for a reliable detergent that will help to preserve the colours and quality of their coloured clothing” she reasoned. The Brand Manager encouraged consumers to avail themselves of the unique benefits of the brand by visiting supermarkets and stores across the country to purchase the product which is readily available and at very affordable price.
