Firm set to hold 2017 Customer Experience Management Conference

As the countdown to Customer Service Week draws closer, Customer Service Awards Ltd has concluded plans to host the 5th edition of its Customer Experience Management Conference. The event holds at the Reiz Continental Hotel, Abuja on Thursday, 5th October, 2017.

The Nigeria Customer Experience Management Conference is the biggest forum in the country where stakeholders share professional standards and trends in customer service delivery and customer experience management. Over 100 industry leading brands will gather to share knowledge and demonstrate the latest practices revolutionizing social and Omni-channel customer service strategies.

According to the CEO of Customer Service Awards Ltd and convener of the event, Aliyu Ilias, the event will bring together a great number of service professionals, practitioners, managers and business leaders to learn from examples of international service excellence and best practices.

Topics to be covered at the event include the move from customer service to customer experience, the customer journeys, Touchpoint management, Big Data and Customer experience and 21st century contact centre.

Ilias pointed out that participants will have the opportunity to gain new ideas and insights, meet experts and influencers, meet like-minded people, and celebrate the customer service week.

He added that the conference will provide an excellent opportunity to gain a broad overview regarding the customer care markets, from call centres and help desks to face-to-face contact possibilities with customers.

Customer Service Week is celebrated annually during the first full week in October when customer-oriented organizations and institutions around the world recognize the importance of customer service excellence to their organizations. This year’s week focuses on the theme, “Building Trust” and will be commemorated from October 2 – 6.
